I ordered an AirVac bag expecting it to work with a vacuum, as shown in their promotional video. Turns out, it doesn’t come with a vacuum—and worse, the vacuum is only available with one specific type of bag, which they don’t sell separately. So why call it AirVac at all?

I contacted support, but they didn’t seem to understand the issue. They confirmed—almost proudly—that they don’t sell the vacuum and simply thanked me for my purchase. Very unhelpful.

I bought one off Amazon.

Madness, and verging on false advertising. I suggested they need a name change. Maybe "no air no vac"
